REPLACEMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Syangbo’s Living Food And Beverage Private Limited


We, at Syangbo’s Living Food And Beverage Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”), have formulated this Replacement and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applicable to all customers (“Customer/s”, “you”, “your”) who purchase products (“Product/s”) through our website www.green-bee-724868.hostingersite.com (“Website”) or through any other online platforms where the Company’s Products are listed (“Online Channels”).

This Policy should be read together with our Shipping Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy. This Policy governs the replacement and refund procedures followed by the Company.


1. REPLACEMENT POLICY

1.1 Eligibility for Replacement

All Products listed on the Website and Online Channels are eligible for replacement unless explicitly stated otherwise, provided the Product is not purchased under clearance, sale, or special discount sections.


1.2 Replacement shall be accepted only if:

1.2.1 The Product received is damaged or defective;
1.2.2 The Product received is expired on the date of delivery;
1.2.3 Any other condition expressly approved by the Company;
1.2.4 The Customer shares at least four (4) clear images, including:

  • Front image showing product name

  • Back image showing batch/expiry details

  • Image of outer packaging

  • Image clearly showing damage/defect

1.2.5 The Product is returned in original packaging, unless damaged during transit.


1.3 Replacement shall NOT be provided if:

1.3.1 The Product has been used, consumed, or damaged by the Customer;
1.3.2 The Product has been opened, tampered with, or altered;
1.3.3 Replacement request is raised after 48 hours of delivery;
1.3.4 Images or videos shared are tampered, unclear, or inconsistent;
1.3.5 Packaging, labels, seals, or stickers are missing;
1.3.6 Any other condition determined by the Company.


1.4 How to Request Replacement

Replacement requests must be initiated via email at:

1.5 Time Limit

Replacement requests must be raised within 48 (forty-eight) hours from the date of delivery, unless a different timeline is mentioned in the Product description.


1.6 Verification

Upon receipt of request, the Company’s representative will verify the claim. Replacement shall be approved only after satisfactory verification.


1.7 Pickup & Shipping

If approved:

  • The Company may arrange reverse pickup, or

  • Request the Customer to courier the Product

The cost of shipping the replacement Product shall be borne by the Company.


1.8 Bulk Orders

Bulk Orders are not eligible for replacement or return, except in cases of transit damage. Determination of eligibility shall be solely at the Company’s discretion.


2. REFUND POLICY

2.1 General Rule

The Company follows a replacement-first policy.
Monetary refunds are issued only in exceptional cases mentioned below.


2.2 Refunds may be initiated in the following cases:

2.2.1 Overcharging:
If an incorrect amount has been charged, the excess amount shall be refunded.

2.2.2 Price Difference Before Dispatch:
If product pricing changes after order placement but before dispatch, the difference shall be refunded.

2.2.3 Confirmed Discrepancy:
If the Product delivered is materially different or cannot be replaced, a refund may be issued at the Company’s discretion.


2.3 Mode of Refund

  • Online payments → refunded to original payment source

  • Cash on Delivery → refunded via bank transfer or UPI as requested

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.


2.4 Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement, only if not shipped, as per the Shipping Policy.

Once shipped, cancellation is not permitted.


2.5 Non-Refundable Products

  • Products purchased during offers or promotions

  • Products purchased using gift cards or vouchers

Such Products may be replaced but not refunded.


3. OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS

3.1

If a Product is unavailable after order placement, the Customer will be informed within 2 business days and may choose to:

3.1.1 Replace with a similar Product of equal value
3.1.2 Modify the Order
3.1.3 Cancel only the unavailable Product


3.2 No Response Clause

If no response is received within 2 business days, the Company may proceed with the remaining Order and refund the unavailable Product.

The Company reserves the final right to approve or reject any replacement or refund request.
