SHIPPING POLICY

Syangbo’s Living Food And Beverage Private Limited


We, at Syangbo’s Living Food And Beverage Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”), have framed this Shipping Policy (“Policy”) to inform our customers (“Customer/s”, “you”, “your”) about the shipping, delivery, and related terms applicable to the purchase of products (“Product/s”) through our website www.green-bee-724868.hostingersite.com (“Website”).

This Policy should be read along with our Terms & Conditions, Refund & Replacement Policy, and Privacy Policy. The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice.


1. DELIVERY PROCESS

1.1 Upon successful confirmation of payment for an order (“Order/s”), the Company shall ship the Products directly from its own facilities or through third-party warehouses, stores, or offices located across India.

1.2 All Products are inspected and securely packed before dispatch to ensure they are in proper condition.

1.3 Currently, the Company delivers Products only within India.


2. PACKAGING OF ORDERS

2.1 We take utmost care while packaging Products to ensure safe handling and delivery in good condition.

2.2 Packaging materials are selected based on the nature of the Product to minimize the risk of damage during transit.


3. ORDER TRACKING, DELIVERY TIMELINE & CANCELLATIONS

3.1 Orders are delivered through our own staff or third-party courier, logistics partners, or postal services (collectively referred to as “Delivery Partners”).

3.2 Once an Order is shipped, Customers will receive a tracking ID via email or message, which can be used to track the Order on the Delivery Partner’s website or platform.

3.3 Orders are generally dispatched within 1 to 5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from the date of order confirmation and are delivered within 5 to 14 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the delivery location.

3.4 All delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond the Company’s control, including courier delays, weather conditions, remote delivery locations, or force majeure events.

3.5 Order Cancellation:
Cancellations are permitted within 48 (forty-eight) hours from the time an Order is placed.
To request a cancellation, Customers must email syangsdarjeeling@gmail.com.
Once an Order has been shipped, cancellation requests shall not be accepted.


4. SHIPPING CHARGES

4.1 For Orders with a total value below INR 1,000, a shipping charge of INR 250 shall be applicable.

4.2 The Company offers FREE shipping on all Orders exceeding INR 1,000.

4.3 Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout before payment.


5. BULK ORDERS

Bulk Orders may be placed offline by contacting the Company through the support details mentioned on the Website.
Shipping charges, delivery timelines, and other terms for Bulk Orders shall be communicated separately via email or other electronic communication.


6. DELIVERED AND UNDELIVERED ORDERS

6.1 At the time of delivery, the Delivery Partner may request a signature or other verification. The Company shall not be responsible if the Order is received by a person other than the Customer at the provided delivery address.

6.2 The Company shall not be liable for non-delivery or delay in delivery due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address details provided by the Customer.

6.3 In the event an Order cannot be delivered despite best efforts by the Delivery Partner and is returned to the Company, the Customer shall be eligible for a replacement or refund in accordance with the Company’s Refund & Replacement Policy.
